Self-Service starts at €100, one-off, bought entirely online. Business projects for SMEs and companies start from around €2,000, and Enterprise builds are quoted individually beyond €10,000. Ongoing care plans are €15, €29 or €49 per month. Prices are in euros, and domains are billed separately, per year.

Do I have to get on a sales call?

No. The Self-Service path is entirely online: you configure your site, see a transparent price and follow the build from your dashboard without any mandatory call. Business and Enterprise projects do include a discovery call, because they are custom-scoped to your needs.

How do payments work?

Payments are split into phases instead of being charged all at once. A small deposit activates the build, a further phase unlocks the interactive preview, and the balance is due before the site goes live. The deposit pays for the first preview and is non-refundable, but you are never obliged to continue to the next phase.

What is included in the €100 Self-Service plan?

The €100 base is a one-page, template-based site that is mobile-first, with a contact form and one changes order included. From there you add only what you need — extra pages, blog, booking, e-commerce, members area, chatbot, SEO or extra languages — and the price updates live in the configurator.

How do revisions work?

Revisions use a single batched “changes order”: from the preview you collect every change you want and send it once. The Self-Service base includes one changes order; additional orders are €40 each. The number of included revisions is always shown before you pay, so there are no surprises or disputes.

Can I see a preview before paying in full?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After the deposit, a phase unlocks an interactive preview before you pay the balance. Previews may be watermarked and are confidential; design and code remain Lumindis’s property until final payment. The guarantee covers non-delivery — if we don’t deliver the preview on time — not a change of taste.

Does Lumindis offer hosting, domains and maintenance?

Yes, all optional. Care plans are €15/month (hosting, SSL, backups), €29/month (maintenance, updates, support) or €49/month (monthly changes, priority, monitoring). Domains are billed separately, per year: standard TLDs from about €25/yr; premium TLDs like .ai or .io are priced at cost.
