How we work
- Remote. What matters is the work that ships, not the hours you sat through.
- Short projects with a visible end, not an open-ended backlog.
- No mandatory calls. We write, we agree, we build — the same way we treat our clients.
- You see the whole project, not a ticket cut out of it.
Open positions
Sales
You bring the projects in.
- First contact with whoever writes to us, and the conversation that follows.
- Quotes built from the public price list and the configurator — no invented numbers.
- You stay with the client through to delivery, so nothing gets promised that we cannot build.
Developer
You build them.
- Real sites in production, not exercises: the stack is the one this site runs on — React, Vite, Node.
- You own a build end to end, from the brief to the day it goes live.
- Performance and accessibility are part of the job, not a later clean-up.
Both are collaborations, not employee positions. We discuss the rest on a call, after we have read you.
